This past week, 23 year old Michael Phelps admitted to "regrettable behavior" at a November party at the University of South Carolina. Photographs show that the record-holder Olympic swimmer was caught smoking marijuana. Even though he is considered to be a [role-model], I believe that Phelps should pay the consequences of his decisions just like any normal citizen would have to do. Yes, I agree that nobody is perfect, and Phelps agrees that too, but he should not use this as a reason for doing something he knows is wrong.
